CEPHR/ Rizzo's Protective Group- What if the Police Show up at Your Place of Business?
Phil Rizzo of Rizzo's Protective Group (RPG) is a trusted friend and collaborator on all things High Risk Security. On November 6, 2020, we sat down to discuss what to do if the police show up at the front door of your business. What are some common terms? What is HR's responsibility? What policies and procedures apply? How can anxiety be overcome? What information can be given or not? At CEPHR, we have definitely been both fortunate and grateful to have Phil and his team at RPG in our corner for those tough questions we encounter. We are including Phil's contact information in the comments as well!
