Tiffany Castagno
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Culture Strategist, & Founder
Tiffany Castagno is CEO & Founder of CEPHR, LLC and has 17 years of progressive Human Resources experience in various Industries. Tiffany has a Master’s Degree in HR and Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Communications, and Adult Education and Training. Across her career, Tiffany has worked in both Non-Profit and For-Profit organizations of all sizes, including Fortune 100 Companies.
Tiffany is on the Board of Directors for Open Field, a Pittsburgh Non-Profit organization. Tiffany is a recipient of the Jefferson Award (2022), which is the Country’s most prestigious Honor for Volunteerism, Leadership, and Service to Community. Tiffany was also honored with the Curio412 Powered by Purpose Award (2023) that recognizes businesses whose efforts of Philanthropy and/or Social Enterprise improve the Community, our Region, and beyond. Her most recent Award was the Top 20 Restorative People Leaders to Watch Award (2024).
Tiffany understands that together is better and that we get nowhere alone. She is a Mentor and enjoys volunteering her time in the Community. CEPHR was founded on these principles and Tiffany believes in always beginning with understanding client needs and the business before beginning a project.
Tiffany loves writing. Words are her Love Language and she is Co-author of a Children’s Book “Can a Zebra Change Its Stripes?“, a book in the Series “Bruno’s Amazing Adventures” with a Mission “To Change the World, One Child at a Time.” The book teaches children about embracing difference. Tiffany’s Thought Leadership has also been featured in “The Trouble With Pink Wheelbarrows: Insight, Inspiration, and Ideas for Budding Entrepreneurs” ” and “The Joy of HR”. She is a Collaborative Author in “Own Your Story: Empower. Connect. Create Change”.
