  • In order to reserve a digital consultation on the CEPHR Website, we will request the interested user to provide certain personal identifiable information, which may include:

  • Additionally, the user may choose to share his or her profile through a variety of social media websites. At the user’s option, each profile may be made private, which conceals its contents from other public users, but still permits access to CEPHR for account monitoring purposes.
