We may contact you directly or through a Third Party Service Provider regarding products or Services you have signed up or purchased from us, such as necessary to deliver transactional or Service related communications. General Payment Terms

In the event that products or Services require you to pay a fee, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees will be in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable. Fees vary based on the scope of the work and project, with varying pricing accordingly per individual or organization.


CEPHR reserves the right to determine pricing for products and Services. CEPHR will make reasonable efforts to keep any pricing information published on the website current. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. CEPHR may change the fees for any feature of products or Services and give you advance notice of changes before they apply. CEPHR, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers or offer discounts with different features and different pricing to any of CEPHR’s customers. These promotional offers, unless made to us, will not apply to your offer or these Terms.


You authorize CEPHR to charge all payment due for products or Services you may purchase, as described in these Terms or published by CEPHR, to the payment method specified in your account. If you pay any fees with a Credit Card, CEPHR may seek pre-authorization of your Credit Card or bank account prior to completing your purchase to verify that the Credit Card or bank account is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase.

Subscription Service and Cancellation Policy

Products or Services may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges. If you authorize recurring payments for products or Services, CEPHR will periodically charge you for said products or Services until cancellation of either the recurring payments or your account. All payments due must be made on or before the payment due date according to the invoice.

Delinquent Accounts

CEPHR may suspend or terminate access to the products or Service for any account for which bears an overdue or outstanding, unpaid balance. Additionally, CEPHR may charge back to you any fees associated with your account going into delinquency status, or for any fees or charges that are incidental to any charge-back or collection of unpaid balances, including Collections fees.

Your Rights

  • Depending on where you are located, you may have different rights, under Law. If you live in the European Union, your principal rights are: the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure; the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to complain to a supervisory authority, and the right to withdraw consent. If you live in California, your personal data shall not be shared with Third Parties for those parties’ Direct Marketing use. If you live in California and are under 18, you may request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted.
